Miminalism was my thought process for this piece. I felt that this needed three colours so the whole image space was covered to make the wheat pop, also using the gold to break the darks from the lights

Having animals being camera friendly is always helpful to get a good base image for the art. I've used gold to highlight the cows' heads and used a lighter blue than usual to get a less intense/dramatic scene

GOLDEN ACORN
Very simple, sometimes it is good to just keep things simple and it definitely worked in favour of this piece. An easy set up of holding an acorn up and then using seperate colurs for defferent surfaces

I wanted to capture everyday life in a more dramatic way with this average fly standing on a plant being transformed into an abstract, spotlight effect piece with the gold emphasising the main feature
